“Life is not measured by the number of breath we take, But by the moments that take our breath away.”

Ruby Wong is five feet four inches tall but looks five-ten. In public, she displays the line and fluidity of a dancer. The face forward presence of the fashion model, the grace and measured bearing of a royal. In private, the formality melts away and she becomes a bright-eyed child of wonder and giggling innocence”- Rick L, Yoga Student

Victor, my husband, has been suffering from after effects through the Cancer Chemo therapy. He lost his sense of self and attitude to continue to live. Ruby’s Kundalini Yoga Breath work and meditation has helped him to recognize his value to live. Thank you very much.

Mahalo Nui Ruby Wong for the relaxing breathing sessions at our Cancer Patient Navigation Continuing Education Session. Our trainees greatly appreciated learning the information and skills that you shared with them all. Their ability to do cancer navigation work in their respective communities has been directly impacted by your presentation and those of your colleagues. We are most grateful for the way that you have generously shared your knowledge, talents, and time.
