Rising Worth session takes you into a profound, deep connection between inner wounds, childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse, and mostly, addictive behavior resulting from the dysfunctional ways we govern ourselves and live our lives. We start with 30 minutes of ‘Releasing Fear’ in Kundalini Yoga set then hands on afterwards. Total time ranges from 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your need.
In this healing work session, the you will enter a safe and sacred space, and led through a healing ‘journey’.

SIMPLE TO PRACTICE, PROFOUND IN IMPACT
Yoga Nidra refers to the conscious awareness of the deep sleep state, referred to as ‘Lucid Dreaming’. This allows us to work more consciously with the subconscious mind – where we can address long-held beliefs and patterns, among other aspects of ourselves. It helps to release tension, and anxiety such as headache, chest pain, sleeping disorder, abdominal pain, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. As both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy, we start by a mild warming up of yoga stretches. Then a guided meditation where we practice entering and staying with the alpha waves of the brain – essentially dreaming while awake. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 40 minutes at a time.
